Prior to Pencil In, I was just running a spreadsheet and honestly taking up at least 10 hours out of my week. We have over 100 bookings each week, and as you can imagine there are going to be some changes, amendments with mums bookings, cancellations. Now that I have implemented Pencil In that is down to about 30 minutes so it is saving me a lot of time.
I run a bootcamp and this app has been a life saver. Clients can check-in or cancel sessions and I’m notified immediately of any cancellations so the session isn’t held up and waiting for clients.
I program based on attendance numbers so being able to have the access to one stream lined platform has been amazing. Previously I had to check txt messages, iMessage, fb page, fb messages, emails, to filter through all check-ins and cancellations. I would miss things all the time.
